(THE NATION/ASIA NEWS NETWORK) – Thailand’s Prime Minister Yingluck Shinawatra is on a one-day visit to Malaysia.
Speaking to reporters before departing on the Airbus 310-300 of the Royal Thai Air Force on Monday morning, Ms Yingluck said she was not sure whether she would have a chance to talk about the extradition of an Iranian suspect who was allegedly involved in the three explosions in Bangkok last week.
She said she would focus on talking about bilateral cooperation with her Malaysian counterpart Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak.
She said the talks would be general and would not go into details. She would also discuss border trade with her Malaysian counterpart, she said. (*)
