Cuban leader Raul Castro concludes state visit to China

BEIJING, July 7 (Xinhua) — Raul Castro Ruz, president of Cuba’s Council of State and the Council of Ministers, concluded his first state visit to China and left Beijing on Saturday afternoon.

Raul Castro made the four-day visit at the invitation of Chinese President Hu Jintao.

During the visit, Raul Castro held talks with President Hu, and met with other Chinese leaders including top legislator Wu Bangguo, Premier Wen Jiabao, Vice President Xi Jinping and Vice Premier Li Keqiang.   (*)
